Refund policy

For Purchases Made In-store

Purchases of full priced items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return:

-Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that they were received. Items must also be in the original packaging/with all original tags attached

-A receipt or order # is required for us to process any exchange or return.

-Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchanged. Sale items are FINAL SALE. 

-Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These Items include but are not limited to liquids, plants, gift cards, and any items that were specially ordered for you.

If your return meets these conditions we can process an exchange or issue a store credit. Please note credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date, and will automatically expire if unused.

In-store Pick-up

Purchases made online for in-store pick-up are subject to the above policy.

For Purchases Made Online

Purchases of full priced items made online may be returned for a refund.

Refund Eligibility (Please Read Carefully):

To be eligible for a full refund (shipping charges, including return shipping charges, are deducted from refunds and store credits)

  • Your return must me initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Your return must be postmarked within 5 days of your return approval.

*If your return does not meet the above criteria your refund will be subject to a restocking fee. Please read below carefully before sending anything back to us that is outside of the above return window.

*If your return is postmarked later than 5 days after your return approval  and before 10 days after your approval, your refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee or store credit in the full amount (shipping charges, including return shipping charges, are deducted from refunds and store credits)

If your return is postmarked after 10 days and before 15 days of your approval, your refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee or 90% store credit (shipping charges including return shipping charges are deducted from refunds and store credits)

If your return is postmarked after 15 days and before 20 days of your approval, your refund is subject to a 30% restocking fee or 80% store credit (shipping charges including return shipping charges are deducted from refunds and store credits)If your return is postmarked after 20 days and before 30 days of your approval, your refund is subject to a 40% restocking fee or 70% store credit (shipping charges including return shipping charges are deducted from refunds and store credits)

Please do not send back items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is postmarked after 30 days of your approval, we reserve the right to not issue you a refund.

-Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded and are FINAL SALE. 

-Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These Items include but are not limited to liquids, plants, gift cards, and any items that were specially ordered for you. 

Please do not mail back your items without approval from us, we will reject any unapproved returns.

Once Your Item is Received

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days*. If your return does not meet the requirements of our return policy we will return the item(s) back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping ($10) will be deducted from your refund. Please note that return shipping costs for large shipments are subject to higher rates. We will inform you of the return shipping costs before you ship back your item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (Online)

We do not offer "exchanges" If you need a different size or item, please email us for a return label, and place a separate order for the intended item at you earliest convenience. Unfortunately we cannot hold items for any amount of time.

Gifts Returns (Online)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Wish to Purchase Your Own Return Label? 

If you are shipping an item over $75, and wish to purchase your own label, you should use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. 

If you purchase your own label you still must contact us via email and request a return approval # to be posted on the outside of the box. Tracking info needs to be provided to us, and packages must be mailed back within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise discussed. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to you.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for returned items that do not arrive back to us.
