Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information.
All orders are insured while in transit until delivery. Responsibility for the package passes to the carrier once they take possession of it. When the package is delivered, defined as signed for, directly hand delivered, left at door, mailroom, front desk or management office the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer. All orders over $500 require a signature on delivery.

Home Delivery Information and Instructions:
-Our home delivery window is TUE-FRI between 4:30pm & 5:30PM
-Your order will be ready for delivery next business day
-Please email us info@blokhill.com to schedule delivery for a different day or time and we will do our best to accommodate you
-IMPORTANT: Deliveries must be left inside vestibule or lobby. We will only leave a delivery outside if you are able to come out to receive it. Please email us (by responding to your order confirmation email) to request an outdoor delivery. In this instance we will, buzz, leave bag at your door and wait from the sidewalk till you have collected the delivery. Or if your hangin on your stoop we will leave it on a lower step :)
-Please email us by responding to your order confirmation email with any delivery instructions you may have i.e. ring upstairs bell etc. or if you would like us to leave your delivery in front of a specific apt door
