Keep drinks hot (80℃/176℉) for 6hours. Keep drinks cold (6℃/43℉) for 6hours.

For maximum insulation efficiency, preheat or pre-cool the tumbler prior to use by filling in a bit of hot/cold water for 1-2 minutes.
